How do I place an order?

Simply select your preferred canvas style (single canvas or three-piece collection), upload your couple's photo using our easy upload tool, choose your quote (from our 10 curated options or write your own), and for three-piece canvases, specify the two countries/states. Complete your purchase and we'll handle the rest!

What happens after I place my order?

Within 1-3 business days, we'll create your custom design and send you a preview via email. You can request changes or approve the design. Once approved, we'll send it to production and notify you with tracking information.

Can I make changes after placing my order?

Yes! You can request changes during the design preview stage (1-3 business days after ordering). Once you approve the design and it goes to production, changes are no longer possible.

Do you accept rush orders?

Currently, we follow our standard timeline to ensure the highest quality. However, feel free to contact us if you have a special deadline and we'll see what we can accommodate.

PHOTO REQUIREMENTS & DESIGN

What makes a good photo for my canvas?

Great news - most recent phone photos work perfectly! Here's what creates the best results:

Photo Quality:

  • Recent smartphone photos (iPhone 6+, equivalent Android) are ideal
  • Minimum: 3000 x 2000 pixels (around 6 megapixels)
  • Best results: 4000 x 3000 pixels or higher (12+ megapixels)
  • Well-lit photos with good contrast work best

What we need to see:

  • Both faces clearly visible and recognizable
  • Good lighting (natural light is perfect!)
  • Sharp, non-blurry image

What to avoid:

  • Screenshots from social media
  • Very dark, blurry, or heavily cropped images
  • Photos where faces are too small or pixelated

What file formats do you accept?

We accept JPG and PNG files. Photos taken with modern smartphones work perfectly!

What if my photo isn't perfect quality?

Our design team works with various photo qualities. If your photo won't work well, we'll contact you before creating the design to request an alternative photo.

Can I use an old photo or black & white photo?

Absolutely! We can work with vintage photos, black & white images, or any photo that holds special meaning for you.

How do you place the photo in the heart shape?

Our design team carefully positions your faces within the heart formed by hands, ensuring both partners are clearly visible and beautifully framed.

Can I use my own quote instead of your suggestions?

Yes! You can choose from our 10 curated romantic quotes or write your own personal message. For single canvases, we recommend keeping it to 5-8 words for the best visual impact.

Is there a character limit for custom quotes?

For optimal design, we recommend 40-50 characters (6-8 words), shorter quotes generally look better.

Can I have different languages for my quote?

Yes! We can work with quotes in different languages. Please ensure proper spelling and let us know if there are any special characters or accents.

THREE-PIECE CANVAS SPECIFIC

What countries or states can you create artwork for?

We can create stunning artistic representations for any country worldwide or individual states (such as US states, Canadian provinces, etc.). You can also add your specific city underneath each artwork. Just specify your locations and cities during your order.

Can I choose specific cities instead of whole countries?

The artwork represents countries or states/provinces for the most beautiful and recognizable artistic representations, but you can definitely add your specific city name displayed underneath each artwork piece.

What if we're from the same country but different states?

Perfect! We can create artwork representing different US states, Canadian provinces, each with your respective cities shown underneath. This is very popular for couples from different parts of the same country.

How will I track my order?

Since each canvas is custom-made for you, we don't accept returns for change of mind. However, if there's an error on our part or quality issue, we'll make it right immediately.

No problem! During the preview stage, you can request changes until you're completely happy with the design. We want you to love your canvas.

What if there's an error in my finished canvas?

If we made an error in your design or there's a quality issue, contact us immediately with photos. We'll create a replacement at no charge.

GIFT ORDERS

Can I ship directly to someone as a gift?

es! Just enter their address as the shipping address during checkout. The design preview will still come to your email for approval.

If you're having trouble uploading your photo, try refreshing the page, using a different browser, or reducing your file size. If problems persist, contact us and we can accept your photo via email.

I made an error in my order details. What do I do?

Contact us immediately with your order number and the correct information. If we haven't started your design yet, we can update the details easily.

Can I reorder the same design later?

Yes! We keep your design files for one year, so you can reorder the same canvas or order additional sizes. Just reference your original order number.
